It helps Customer Success Managers (CSMs) collect more meaningful feedback from customers through perfect timing, aesthetically pleasant UI/UX, and high-quality questions. However, we found that CSMs still struggled sometime to bring the feedback towards a resolution. They needed a better way to leverage the customer feedback to drive change within the company.
